I want to clarify that the MW-SC10 is designed primarily as a large-capacity, auto-cleaning litter box. It does not have a built-in weighing function and cannot identify which cat is using the box. Those features are available on some of our other models, and I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Regarding the unit that "kicked off" after setup, this is most likely because the side cover was not fully locked into place. Please double-check that the side cover is securely seated and latched — once it's properly locked, the unit should stay connected and operate normally. We sent you the set up instructions via email.
