You guys proclaim that the box I got was big enough for Maine coons. Well as the owner of two male Maine coons well over 20 pounds each this box does not meet the requirements for them. But because the way you advertise and you video these you make them look a3 to a half larger than what they are giving the impression that this is ample enough space for a 20+ pound cat and it is not.

My cat would not use it!

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that your cat hasn't taken to the litter box yet. Some cats do need a bit of time to adjust to a new setup, especially if they're used to their old one. We've already sent you an email with some helpful tips to encourage your cat to try the new box. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for those suggestions. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please reply directly to that email and we'll be happy to help. Thank you for your patience, and I hope your cat comes around soon.

I emailed support and basically they gave me the run around saying I needed to contact a different department. I ordered directly through their website and used the "help" function from the app. Yet that wasn't the right thing to do?? Still have not been helped.

I shouldn’t be with you guys at all. This is the second time I’ve ordered this and I’m still waiting. The first time I ordered was back in August never received the order just ordered again. It keeps saying it’s been shit, but yeah it’s not showing anything.

Hi, I'm truly sorry for the long wait and the frustration — I completely understand how disappointing it must be to deal with this twice. Your current order is in transit and is estimated to be delivered on October 15th. Regarding your August order, we checked the tracking and found that updates stopped on September 5th. We've already escalated this to the carrier to investigate what happened, and we'll get back to you as soon as we have more information. Thank you for letting us know about this. We'll keep you updated on both orders, and if there's anything else you need, please reply directly to this email.

I purchased the new SC10 model and upon opening it realized it must have been a faulty returned unit. It contained used litter, waste stains and missing manual & parts. All of that could have been tolerated if they company didn't give me the run around on resolution. Day after day new proposals were made including shipping me 'free' things that I already paid for (and didn't receive) when I bought my NEW unit! Asking me to test my NEW unit to see if it works. In conclusion; I should pay full price, keep a partially shipped used unit, and clean up someone else's dirty litter! I've been waiting to write this review depending on the outcome, but not sure any resolution at this point would raise my experience up from 1 star. Updated to 2 star- after this review I was fully refunded but incurred the cost of disposal of the unit and then continued to receive emails asking to update my 1 star review

Hi there, We’re genuinely sorry for this terrible experience. It should never have happened that a used returned unit was shipped to you by mistake. We completely understand how upsetting this is. We have shared two resolution proposals with you over email and hope one of them can satisfactorily resolve your issue. Please check your email inbox. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to us directly.

I wanted to love this product but it needs a lot of work. It basically has no sensors, so when it runs it will not stop if a cat is near. This is dangerous so I have to manually cycle it to avoid my cats getting hurt. The waste bin is also completely exposed when it runs its cleaning cycle. So you smell everything, and the gel makes it worse because it’s like perfume trying to mask a smell that it cannot. The litter box is also super tall, I had to buy a step to help my pets get into it, so I don’t recommend for seniors or kittens to use. Overall it’s okay but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this has caused. Your experience matters to us, and I'd like to address each of your points. 1. Safety Sensors: I completely understand your concern about your cats' safety. While the unit does not have an external radar sensor around the perimeter, it is equipped with infrared sensors inside the drum. If a cat enters or is detected inside during a cleaning cycle, the machine will stop immediately to prevent any risk. 2. Odor Control: The waste compartment is located at the bottom and is not fully sealed, so some odor may escape during the cleaning cycle. We recommend replacing the waste bag regularly and using the deodorizing gel to help minimize odors. 3. Height: We understand that the unit may be tall for some cats. Placing a step or ramp in front of the entrance is a great solution, and many of our customers with senior cats or kittens have found this helpful. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
