The updates and delivery was wonderful. The protective packaging of the product was also great. Setup was somewhat confusing. The item is much larger than anticipated and heavier. Overall happy w the product at this time.

The replacement bags were out of stock. This should be something that is readily available since it is necessary for the entire product.

Hi, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary stock shortage. We completely agree that replacement bags are essential for the daily use of the product. However, we would like to kindly clarify that the replacement bags were shipped out immediately once they were restocked. We sent the tracking number to you via email, and the tracking information shows that the package was successfully delivered on July 18th. I didn’t receive my meowant litter box. I got the bags and deodorant but I haven’t seen a litter box?

I order bag refills for my Meowant cat litter. I was told it was out of stock and would take 10 to 20 days before they would be in stock. It has been over 30 days and I have not received the order. Poor customer service.
