It’s great but the plastic is broken in 2 places after going through the setup directions. It doesn’t stop the function of the product but needs to be better quality plastic

The dealer did not have any in stock and it took several days to get one shipped I will say they informed me promptly about the shortage

Extrem delivery delay without informing the customer.

It took 3 weeks to ship with no response to my inquiries about my order. After the third attempt, I finally got a response that the family was on vacation and would respond soon.I received my order the next week. Everything came as described. The unit seems to work properly the only problem is that neither of my cats will use it. I guess it may be too high for them to get into? I don't know. Today is the first day so Im hoping they will warm up to it. I have an older male and a younger female and they both seem to be skeptical.
