You guys proclaim that the box I got was big enough for Maine coons. Well as the owner of two male Maine coons well over 20 pounds each this box does not meet the requirements for them. But because the way you advertise and you video these you make them look a3 to a half larger than what they are giving the impression that this is ample enough space for a 20+ pound cat and it is not.

This is my very first auto cat litter. So I don’t have any to compare it to. I am loving not having to scoop cat litters as often. I still have 3 manual litters. Everyone is using the 2 meowants more than the manual litters. My only qualm is that the litter sifters holes are too big and therefore leaving a good bit of small chunks of broken up pee lumps. The holes are quite larger than my manual scooper. I have read that it does tend to work better with the meowant litter so I might give in and purchase some. I am using tidy cats clumping litter.

It’s great but the plastic is broken in 2 places after going through the setup directions. It doesn’t stop the function of the product but needs to be better quality plastic

Wasn’t told that the product was out of stock until after it was ordered. They weren’t available (customer service) to cancel the order for days when I reached out .

Hi, we are sorry for the confusion. The SC10 has been shipping in batches due to high demand, and orders are fulfilled in the order they were received. We do mention limited stock on the product page. Customers can review this before ordering. We also sent you an email about this. I've checked our records and we did reply to your email within 24 hours, so I'm concerned it may have gone to spam and never reached you properly. The unit was shipped as soon as stock came back in. If there is any question, please feel free to contact us.

Purchased mine and received it. Put it together and it is missing the cap on the right drum. So it’s just flashing a light because the piece is missing. It won’t work. I’ve reached and was told I need to contact a different customer service. So I did, and have yet to hear back. Almost $300 spent and I can’t use it. Maybe this will call attention for someone to get back to me.

Hi, I'm really sorry about this. Missing accessories should never have happened, and I understand how frustrating it is to spend almost 300 USD and not be able to use the unit. I checked your case and our team did reply to your email with a replacement plan for the missing drum cap. If that email didn't reach you, that's on us and I apologize. We're sending the missing part out right away and I'll follow up with the tracking number personally so you're not left waiting. Once it arrives, the unit should stop showing the error and run normally. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
