If you rightfully ask for a replacement for the faulty product, they try to extort a five star review out of you... Unbelievable

They want a 5 star review here in order to replace the litter box under warranty. Extortion.

This Meowant automatic litter box has been a life changer for us! No more daily scoopings and smelly toilets. Instead we just take out the litter once a week and do a wipe / clean once per month! It’s also just the right size and the design is super sleek. The cat loves it and so do we!

I recently purchased the automatic litter box from MeowMat, and I am absolutely thrilled with my decision! This product has completely transformed my cat care routine, making it effortless and efficient. The self-cleaning mechanism is incredibly reliable, ensuring that the litter box is always clean without any daily maintenance on my part. My cat took to it immediately, and I love the peace of mind it provides, knowing my home stays fresh and odor-free. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly into my home decor. Overall, this litter box has exceeded all my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to any cat owner looking for convenience and cleanliness. Five stars!

I love it! Why did I scoop so long?

Absolutely love my Meowant SC01. Great customer service. When I had issues with the base, customer service guided me step by step to trouble shoot and also sent me a new base in a timely manner. I have great faith in their products and service. Definitely recommend and will purchase another littler box again !
