It was delayed

I loved it so much, I bought a second one. So easy to set up and use.

Love everything about it. The no smell, the efficiency of the app. The weighing of my cat and the ease of delivery not to mention the cleaning! Oh, the cleaning I don’t have to do anymore decreased by 80%. Love it!

Arrived in a reasonable period of time. (A little pricey though.)

Fast shipping, easy set-up, cat seems to like the robot...but it's onky been a few days. So far, super happy!

Have sent multiple requests for information on refund and return and have received nothing back from customer service. The phone number I found does not have a voicemail set up so it is unreachable too.

This is my second Meowant. I first purchased the 02 and love it so much that I ordered the bigger one. I am certain that I will love it just as much as the first. Easy to set up, reduces litter usage, doesn't smell and super easy to clean.
