This is my very first auto cat litter. So I don’t have any to compare it to. I am loving not having to scoop cat litters as often. I still have 3 manual litters. Everyone is using the 2 meowants more than the manual litters. My only qualm is that the litter sifters holes are too big and therefore leaving a good bit of small chunks of broken up pee lumps. The holes are quite larger than my manual scooper. I have read that it does tend to work better with the meowant litter so I might give in and purchase some. I am using tidy cats clumping litter.

Unit arrived quickly, easy to set up, my 16-pound cat was comfortable and used it about 10 minutes after set up. Not so sure about the app as it is very early in my experience to review. But I can honestly say, so far - so good.

Shipping took longer than expected

You have sent 2 emails asking me for a rating. I was waiting to see if you would respond to the email I sent 4 days ago about issues I am having with my brand new box before rating, but you haven't so maybe a low review will get a response. Both of the litter sifting panels are not functioning properly and hang there instead of snapping back into place after a cleaning. I sent a video with the email so please reference that and get back to me. This happened on the first cycle after setting it up so it seems to be a defect with the box I was sent. Would like a replacement. UPDATE: Customer service got back to me and solved the issue. Product is working.

Good customer service after reaching out, great product, cats like it and fits them. Four stars for delayed shipping and no tracking number. With that said would buy again.

Easy to order and good communication throughout the process. Delivered on time and this new box is better than my first meowant purchase.

So far, so good! Have had it a few days, and one cat is still getting used to it. FYI- I was unsure if there were bags included in the first order, so I did order more. There is a box included. Happy that there will be extra!
