MeowantReviews of meowant.com

This is my third pan. I have an SC01 and and SC02 and added a third SC02. I have been very please with the pans but I will say the SC0 2 is a bit easier to deep clean when needed and my cats seems top prefer the more open design. Both models work well.

I received the cat box very promptly. I have 4 cats, 5 cat boxes, and within 2 days they are only using the one. I have ordered another and my life is so nice. No getting up and scooping cat litter first thing in the morning!!

Great product. There was some confusion about delivery, but Tina in customer service was very polite and professional in promptly solving the problem. Happy customer here!

Quick delivery. High quality product - very efficient

SC09 meowant litter box. Fast delivery. Well packaged. Very pleased.

I emailed about a problem with the bottom liner on my litterbox. They responded quickly and had a solution for me. Thank you

So I originally bought the SC02 on Amazon, but honestly the customer support was so good I had to come to the actual app to write out my review. I love the SC02 is has much space for my bigger cats that are 14 pound and is a ragdoll. I have 4 cats so it’s really helpful with a multi family. Although the garbage disposal is a small in my options for 4 cats if you regular take the trash out often it’s no problem. All litter robots get dirty but I find the open lid to be very easy to clean up. But I did have an issue with the robot, it wouldn’t turn on after working so well for 2 weeks. I assume it must have been some technology issue with wire or something. So I contacted their customer support, and they were very helpful and quick with their emails, they organized a replacement of my base machine. I’m very thankful for the help!

Great communication. The product was out of stock and they let me know right way it would take longer. Instead of just letting me wait and not know why it was taking so long. It was easy to put together and so far I like it. It’s very quiet when it cleans.
