Base of Litter box was received with a large whole in it with wires showing. I contacted the service center via the email address. They did respond within 48 hours asking for order number. I gave them that then they wanted pictures. I gave them that, then they wanted to refund me $30 and wanted me to go ahead and use the box. I explained that was dangerous and asked them to either replace the base or refund me. I am waiting on the new base. So I have not used the litter box at this point. They need a service phone # . It’s obvious they are outside the USA. Which means there is a language barrier as well as the fact they wanted me to use a defective product that could have electrocuted my furry friends.cause we all know cats are not curious and wouldn’t stick their little paws into it to investigate. I will revisit this review once I get to actually use the thing. From a customer service standpoint they need improvement. It’s been over a month since I received the product and still haven’t been able to use it. Unacceptable!

Staff responsiveness and supportiveness. Effectiveness of the product both from a hygiene and feline mobility perspective. It is so quiet!

Customer support takes their sweet ass time to reply to you. Contacting thru their webpage will get you nowhere. Tried emailing them and they didn't get back to me until I sent another email at the end of June. Litter box was malfunctioning and stopped midway thru rotation. Did everything I could to solve it on my own but in the end the product is low quality. Trash chute was not full so that was ruled out. In the end app stopped working and the litter box died. No power or anything. I'm cleaning it manually until they refund me for their defective product. Even when responding they clearly don't read because they asked '..Cannot the litter box be turn on now?' When I clearly stated in the email that it no longer worked and hasn't for months when trying to contact them before it completely died

I love my litter box and my diva does too! She has fun watching it turn once she gets out. I’m upset I didn’t get one earlier when I had multiple kitties. Absolutely great product. You won’t be disappointed!

I love this litter box! My rescue kitty took to it right away and it’s been a huge help tracking his weight and usage. We caught an infection by noticing a decrease in his usage. I rarely smell anything from the box, unless I happen to be near it after a use. Once it cycles, odor is gone! 10 ⭐️

I love this litter box. I wish I had bought it sooner. I left for 7 nights and when I came home, my house did not smell like a typical litter box would . I was shocked.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Hundreds of dollars on a litter box that I can’t use because it was delivered without the adapter and Meowant will not send me one. Trying to communicate with this company is a joke. I have made sure to stay polite & respectful to customer service and this is the runaround I’ve gotten: I have asked for the adapter 8 times. I have been told that it’s located in the waste bin inside the drum 3 times. (It’s not) I was told they were sending it 5 times (they weren’t) Once they actually did send me a package but it just contained more of the deodorizer I already have. I emailed to say they sent me the wrong product and they ghosted me for 8 days until I asked for a refund; then they once again told me to look in the waste bin. Yesterday they told me I already have it. If I want “another” one I need to take a picture of the extra deodorizer they sent to prove the adapter was not in that package. This is stupid. The cords are $10.00 on Amazon & Meowant thinks I’m running some black market power cord scam on them! At this point I don’t want their litter box. I don’t want anything from them. I would rather throw it away & spend the money to buy a Litter Robot just so I don’t have anything from this company in my home.

I have a liter robbot 3 and a meowant. I love the meowant more. My litter robbot is always having technical issues and it's hard to clean. The meowant seems to run flawlessly and easier to clean.
