I had back surgery a year and a half ago. I couldn't do the box on the floor in the bathroom anymore. It hurt like heck to clean it. This robot has made my life SO easy! And it is SO much shorter than the others on the market. I had a senior cat when I ordered the first, and she needed it to be easy to get into. She used it happily until she passed. The other cat that used it, only 2 years old, she still uses it. One cat never used it, and she doesn't still. BUT even with one cat using it, it's a life saver!!! And the new one, the 9-year old is using it! I was sure her daughter would, but nope, it's only her mom. Still only one cat using it out of my 6 is HUGE!!!! I can use Crystal litter for for the other boxes, and that makes those lighter. The 9-year old hates crystal litter, so I can't use that with her. YOUR ROBOT is PURRFECT for her. She can use her clay litter and I only have to remove the bag from the top because the robot "scoops" it for me. AWESOME!!!!! I recommend this product to ALL my friends with lifting and weight restrictions to get this for their kitties.

So far, my cats and I love this litter box.

Low-quality product. The plastic began flaking off only a month after I started using it. It's a shame because I enjoyed the convenience of using it and my cats didn't mind it. Not worth buying

Extortionists

Company extorts people, don't buy.

Fantastic company, if you love getting extorted! Won't honor their own warranty unless you give them a 5-star review. Definitely NOT shopping with them!

I’m just here to pile on with the others against this anti consumer nonsense of requiring a five star review to honor a warranty.

Company is extorting people for positive reviews in order for them to honor their warranty. Stay away from these guys. Their products aren't built to last and they know it, so they are trying to artificially boost their reviews before a paying customer can get their broken product fixed as required by law.
