When their products break and you ask for a replacement because you have a warranty, they won't give it to you until you leave a 5 star review. That is extortion and ridiculous! DO NOT use this company

If the product breaks under warranty, they won't actually replace the broken parts or product until you write a 5 star review here which is extortion.

This was a pretty cool thing until the the rubber liner on my started to disintegrate. Now Meowant won't honor the warranty on this. I really liked the way the product performed so I did give it two stars, but I'm not happy with the customer service at all. I do not recommend doing business with these folks unless you want to buy a new rubber liner for your litter box every six months.

Apparently this company is demanding 5-star reviews from customers in order to provide warranty service. I would be very leery of trusting any positive reviews, including those on Amazon, based on that fact.
