Only thing I wish is that it had an alert for when the bin is full. Other than that the reliability is great.

Unfortunately,my cat doesn't like it. He doesn't have a problem with the other type I have at home. I think it's because it cycles too soon after he used it. He won't go back.😢

I wish I knew how to clean the device.

Honestly, the whole unit was trashed almost immediately. Not only did the poop fall out from the front, there should be a taller lip so cats don’t pee outside the unit and the unit doesn’t rotate and spread all that pee up. The trash container is super small, so unless you watched it every day, it’ll fill up and all the poop will fall out. Update: 9/18/2024, Per their request I reached out to them for further resolution and it was completely ignored. I still don’t recommend this product for anyone and their customer service is HORRID

Never received my order. Worked with customer service until they stopped responding. Had to dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Meowant was happy keeping my money and telling me to talk to their “logistics” people who are responsible for shipping. If you need me to fix your process to make sure customers get what they pay for, then hire me - don’t expect me to do it as a customer.

Great litter box! My niece actually purchased it but I did for her thru my acct. She loves it! We love ours too! Saves so much time and works purrfectly! Highly recommend! Can’t beat it for the price and function

Fast service. I like the product, my cats enjoy the fountain.
