The auto cleaning litter box has a low entry point which I like for our older cats. The problem with the system is that the collection box is to narrow and causes litter jams as clumps do not fit into the collection box. It would be a perfect system if they made it the collection box an inch wider.

For me it is a game changer. I have four fur babies and two Meowants. There are a couple of things that would be nice if they were addressed. But all in all I am happy with my purchase.

I like the box because it’s lower to the floor than my litter robots. But I had to purchase a guard that should have been included to keep the litter in the box

I have 2 liter boxes first one have the bag with rubber bands holding it on the second has the tray with the bag in it much better design and a lot easier to use and clean. Bought both within a month of each other don’t know why I got two different units.

This has been really great. I have two of them and most my seven cats are using the system. If you use anything other than Armer & Hammer Clump & Slide kitty litter, you will have a mess and the litter box will stop until you have thoroughly cleaned the inside where the litter is. Other litter will clog up the holes and create a big mess. I have been using the clump and slide over a week now and it runs normal, the holes are not clogged and the litter is really clean after each use. It is very easy to clean, I use a battery operated vacuum to clean out where the used litter is stored before I wipe it down. I have had my two litter systems for over 2 months. My cats enjoy a clean litter every time they need to go.

You do not provide a customer service phone number, just an email. I emailed you the day I received my second card litter unit and asked for help. You never responded. Then, a few days later, I emailed you again, telling you that I was having difficulties. You did not respond. Four days ago I followed your return policy and emailed you a third time asking for return and refund authorization because the unit spooks one of my cats and she does not use it. Again, no response. Tomorrow I will dispute my credit card charges to get my refund and will await your return instructions. After 30 days, if you still fail to respond, I will donate your unit.

I have 5 cats. 3 are large males. This is my second litter box from Meowant. Although my oldest 16 year old male will not use these 2 boxes, the other 4 use them! Less scooping for me! These boxes are so quiet! I previously used Litter Robots. They are loud. I highly recommend especially for multiple cats!

Just got it set up today.. Shipped fast, easy assembly, very quiet. Have two kittens they climbed right in without any issues.
