I think we will love this but it didn't come with the remote.

Hi, our cat litter box doesn't need a remote. But it needs to connect the app and then you can control it on the app.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, my cats will not use this litter box. I followed all the instructions for set up and transitioning. The only times my one cat used it, she ended up peeing half in and half out of the box. She has never had an issue with doing this in her other box and hasn't had an issue since I stopped using the smartbox.

The litter box was supposed to be for…
The litter box was supposed to be for multiple cats. I have three. We are having to empty the waste container twice a day. The waste is sticking to the roof of the litter box. I might as well be scooping the litter myself. I'm disappointed
