So far everything is going great with it. Have not changed out litter yet but overall it seems to be doing what it is supposed to. However I am puzzled as the ads made it appear that it sensed cats proximity to unit and would stop cycle when they were near. I haven't noticed that being the case.

Ordering was easy basically everything I wanted to know was on the site. I wanted the grey but it was out of stock and I was notified right away. I settled for the white no big deal. It came quicker than expected and I was shocked that it is big. Putting it together super easy. Now I have to wait to try it out with my little man when my place is ready for me to move in.

My cat had no issues getting used to her new cat litter box it is quiet and so neat that I dont need to scoop

I never received the power adapter along with the deodorizers. I wouldn’t even be mad if I just didn’t get the deodorizers but I can’t even set up the litter box because of this mistake. If I am spending $400 on something I expect it to come with everything needed.

The cat litter box came in white, I ordered gray. I do not understand why the litter took longer than the box.

Hi, thank you for your review. We only have gray and yellow for the SC01 you ordered. They are only different color in the base, the drum is white. The one you received is indeed gray one. We have emailed you pictures to show the difference of the two colors, please kindly check it.

Super easy app & set up; my Bella immediately was curious! Very helpful quick start instructions and warning to not discard old litter box, until my kitty transitioned to new one! We love it! 🙌🏻
