Not as expexted
This is quite small. I got used to using pretty litter so this smells bad. Pretty litter does not clump so I didn't put it in this box. The box works as it should, but litter tracks outside the box and there is a bad smell.

Hi, sorry to hear about the issues you're having with our product. Our litter boxes require clumping litter so that clumping can be sifted into the waste bin. Some of my customers have suggested adding baking soda in addition to the deodorizing gel, which helps!
