I love the functionality of the product , the only thing is not capturing all of the spectiment into the disposal portion. Other than that I love it . Very compact .

Had an issue with the base and customer service was way to work with and replaced the base.

Easy communication-

I was contacted that my order could be delayed due to shortage for up to 2-3 weeks; however I was given an option to change the item if I preferred not to wait. I replied that I had no problem with the wait, but I appreciated the company reaching out. I then received a prompt response acknowledging my decision; which again, showed good customer service! I received within the next week tracking update notifications AND received my litter box by the next week! The item had only been delayed by a week, definitely not the 2-3 weeks estimated earlier! I couldn’t be more appreciative with this company AND the product!

I ordered the litter box and was looking forward to trying it out. After about a week it still hadn’t shipped so I contacted the company and was told the color I ordered was out of stock and if I wanted I could change the color and they would ship it right away. I opted to go ahead and get the other color. I feel like the company should have reached out to me if the product was not available. That is my only complaint. After they shipped the litter box it came in just a few days. I set it up by following the simple directions and my cat started using it after a couple of days.

I was super skeptical, whether or not my feral cats, I've lived inside for 7 months now and are a year old. Well, it took 1 day, that's it, and I'll never regret then I bought this litter box. It is amazing, thank you so much!
