Love that it's self cleaning but I'm struggling with it. If no WIFI I've learned it will clean 1 minute after not enough time for litter to clump. Using Fresh Step so I'm changing to Tidy Cat robot litter see if that helps. When on Hotspot have it set for 20 minutes go check app it says standby hour later and not cleaned. So need to figure out what I'm doing wrong maybe Hotspot isn't compatible with it. It is nice to just push a button if i have to do that instead of scooping it myself.

My cat does not use it

I could not be happier with this product. We have another brand that is expensive and by far this one has surpassed the other by leaps and bounds. Quiet, easy to manage and no smell with two cats!!

The shipping was delayed for no apparent reason. Website says 3 to 5 business days, it took 13.

Stated 3-5 days delivery. After 7 days checked status and said delivered. Week later received message out for delivery. Received two days later. After thinking this was a scam, went out a bought another locally. Now have two.

This box went way beyond my expectations. i had one of my cats that refused to use their old box and peed and pooped on the floor but with the Meowant SC01 she has gone back to using this box without incident. Thank you John M Suarez
