Quick delivery good price and my cats love it

Works as it should with very minimal set up . However- since the waste sits in a bin behind the unit- without being truly disposed of- the odor remains. Standard litter boxes you scoop and remove and throw in trash- this unit empties into bin and it sit there until it's full enough for you to remove- so it's like having waste sitting around smelling. The unit works fine by dumping the waste for you as intended after every use- but The smell doesn't stop bc the waste is still there- just relocated. I'd almost rather scoop every day and eliminate the smell then have that smell linger by all the waste sitting in a bin accumulating waiting to be removed. Until they can figure out how to actually seal off each waste that is dumped into a bin to capture and contain the smells- this doesn't really solve the issue of smell. I'd seriously rather scoop every day than have the lingering scent of cat waste .... I am using fresh step extreme clumping litter- it works well as long as you scoop and remove by end of day.... having it sit in back of this units bin is harboring the smell and the litter can only do so much to contain the smells. Removal is key. The bin is also small- fills up fast so you are changing it every 2/3 days of not sooner. The functionality is fine- the concept is fine- we need a scientist to develop a litter that Is magic and can totally erase the scent of cat waste. PS-. Make the bottom to be able to hold more litter. Needs to be deeper in my opinion.

This litter box is far superior to the other more expensive automatic boxes. Easier access for cleaning, safer for our cats as it is cleaning, and almost silent. We loved the first one so much we bought a second! The added guard in the front also keeps one of our cats from bailing out the litter. And when they were out of the color we wanted, they emailed us right away and offered the other color option for quick delivery. We are impressed!

Very fast shipping! Got just what i needed

Do NOT buy this machine — and probably avoid this company altogether. I purchased the Meowant MW-LR01 litter box directly from Meowant. It arrived in January, and by the end of the month, it was already problematic. The unit leaks urine from the litter area, which puddles underneath the drum. Before I realized what was happening, my house reeked of stale cat urine — and I couldn’t understand why, because I had this “amazing” new litter box that was supposed to solve all of my problems. I assumed it was a one-time issue and cleaned it thoroughly, but the leaking has continued consistently from January through now (May). My cat is small and fully inside the box when using it — the problem is clearly a design flaw. I contacted Meowant under their advertised satisfaction guarantee and one-year warranty, but their response has been anything but helpful or accountable. We're now 21 emails in. I’ve sent photos, videos, and detailed explanations. They’ve told me to change the cleaning cycle timing and try different litters — I’ve done both. I’ve tried multiple types of litter, including options from “best of” lists and several expensive brands. Nothing has fixed the issue. Most recently, they asked me to film my cat using the litter box to prove she’s using it "correctly." Honestly, regardless of how a cat uses the box, urine should not leak out of it. This product was supposed to make life easier. Instead, it's cost me time, money, and a great deal of frustration. I’m completely done with this company. Do yourself a favor — save your money, avoid the headache, and steer clear of this litter box and this brand. Edit: I see that this box is no longer for sale on their website. They obviously know there are problems, and still will not stand behind their product.

I was impressed to with such a fast response as two questions that I asked and also my delivery was right on time

I personally love it but still have one of 2 cats afraid of it. Need to figure out how to make her trust the process.

This litter box is much better than the competition. We had a "robot" version and had nothing but problems. This box is much better.
