Easy ordering, fast delivery. Set up was pretty straight forward. Connecting to phone was easy (I already have my internet separated from 5 to 2.4g) Our cat was VERY curious after his first potty, and kept putting his paws up on the machine to look inside and each time the machine abruptly stopped while he checked out what was happening with his box. Great product, I feel safe using it, and can't wait to spread the word!

Quick delivery, nicely packaged

I've had this automatic litter box a while now, 6 months or so, and I have definite likes/dislikes of it. First, you can't operate the box (it will not respond at all on ANY button) unless you have the app loaded and it communicates with their server. I can only surmise they are collecting statistics on how often its used, etc. This makes it a whopping big deal if the router does offline, or you want to use it 'as is' as it simply won't function. And you have to reconnect manually each time that happens. Reconnecting is not a given, I've found that you often have to "delete" the settings on the app and then register it again, which means you lose all your weight history. I have 4 cats, and they share this box, along with a Litter Robot 3. They still prefer the LR3 to be honest, but I have a very aged cat who can't climb into the LR3. So the weight function is important to be accurate for this cat. It's not. I sometimes get '5.2 lbs' when he weights 13.4 lbs! Another thing, despite my best efforts, I could not (as in NEVER) get the function to "empty" to work. I have had to manually drag the whole drum out of the house with litter in it, and rotate it over a bucket to get the litter out. Also, the screen lets a lot of smaller poo items through it, so the litter isn't completely clean ever after a clean cycle. Other than that, I do like profile of it, its quiet, its fairly easy to hose out, and most of all I LOVE LOVE the top emptying container because its easy to check and refill with plain plastic bags. It's not all bad, but is not on par with the LR3 that I have. I don't know if I would buy it again, the price was tempting this time around.

Box arrived intact and everything inside was packaged nicely. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Box is set up and kittens are getting used to it now. Most definitely recommend and am considering getting a second one. Not sure why I waited this long to try it out.

Just set up my brand new litter box. My cat used it 1 time and we smelt a horrid burning smell. The smell intensified and changed to a rancid smell. We unplugged the machine and within moments smoke was noticed coming out the back. The casing was cool to the touch, the motor is incased but that area too was cool to the touch, we checked to make sure no packaging was was left on the base or around the drum and there was not. The entire apartment smells so bad it makes your eyes water and throat hurt. As I sit here looking at the drum on my porch, whispering of smoke are still coming out. And a neighbor called 911 because now outside smells so bad, they were worried something was on fire. And here we wait for the Fire Dept to show up.

Amazing product. Will never go back to regular boxes! No issues.
