My experience with the company was great. Efficient shipping and nice packing of the product. Received less than 4 days after ordering & I was able to arrange for pick up with and at fed-ex while it was en route to my home.

I love the litter box. It was so easy to set up and the cats were using it right away. Best Buy I have made.

We ordered two litter boxes. They were delivered quickly and without issues. Both work great, no glitches. Very easy to put together, instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Area of litter box is about 1/3 of what my cat is used to. I will try to transition her to the automatic litter box and the small area. If she will not use it I will have to return with the 30 day money back guarantee.

Hi, thank you for your honest feedback! We understand that the interior space may feel different compared to a traditional litter box, especially for cats used to a larger area. It's great to hear you're planning a gradual transition. That’s definitely the best approach. If you need any tips on helping your cat adjust, feel free to reach out to us anytime. And of course, if it ultimately doesn't work out, you're fully covered under our 30-day money-back guarantee. We’re here to help every step of the way!

Really cool product. One of my 3 cats is still holding out but we are getting there.

Love Meowant, I have three litter boxes from them and has saved me so much time from cleaning litter boxes daily from my cats. My eldest, 16 year old kitty loves the SCO1 type litter box due to a more specious inside.
