It would be better if the bottom wasn’t rubber I still have to now scrap the bottom because it sticks. I have even had to put more then suggested of cat litter and still have to scrap off bottom.

Your reply to my complaint is a lie. The only return offer and instructions you sent for my “return” Is at my expense!! For a defective unit!! That’s going to cost 100 dollars or more!! When I’ve already paid 300!!! For a defective product! How do you remotely feel that is good business? Your unit is defective , multiple Quality issues, but you refuse to honor your return policy and pay for the return of your defective unit.

I am a 77 female. It was very easy to read and follow instructions, and assemble it by my self. Total time 15 min.
