Very solid product good customer service and fast turnaround on orders

This box has made my life so much easier with two cats. I was having to clean my box multiple times a day and changing the box one time a week and now i just empty a bag and the litter last longer and the smell is amazing compared to what we had before. I would definitely buy again if needed.

Bought for my granddaughter who has two cats. So far so good. They are still a little wary of the cleaning cycle. Giving them more time.

So far we love it. We are a little less than a week in but 7 cats use it just fine and no smell. Love the easy to switch out bag system.

Received a returned used unit that had cracked base and cover. Deodorizer bag open and one gone. Litter bags opened a missing some. Cat hair litter visible pad used. After some back and forth discussion company finally did send me a brand new unit. 2 of my 4 cats so far are using it. Works great easy to use no odors.

Cat mom of 2 and my babies were a bit hesitant but they adjusted very quickly . Best purchase ever . Very easy to set up ,It’s very quiet ,no mess, and no stinky smells which is great ( I change the bag every two days as I have two cats .) highly recommend . Love it !
