I have wanted an automatic litter box for years, but I surely was not going pay $800 for one. The Meowant was far more reasonably priced and had good reviews, and so far it's working well for my 3 cats, although one is still leery of it. It's very quiet when operating and seems to do a good job of cleaning the litter, but I do wish it held a little more litter. It just seems a bit shallow; might just be my imagination. Love the deodorizer blocks and the included litter mat! I did have some trouble with app; it just showed an error message one entire day. I emailed customer service but have not heard back over 24 hours later. Fortunately the problem did resolve itself. All in all, I find this a solid alternative to traditional boxes and the other high-priced brands!

Our unit was just set up today. It keeps getting drum error.

Fast delivery, easy set up but downloading and getting into the app is a bit confusing but I figured it out. Do NOT use caps in your password!

Ordered the product with ease and it was delivered quickly did not wait long time for it . Also easily set up and starts right away. Product works well. I’m very happy with it.

Cats used right away. So far so good other than can not get to connect to use the app

Items were quick to be delivered, away before time scheduled.

We now have 3 of these litter boxes. We have also used other brands, like litter robot 4 and others. It is easy to empty, takes up a smaller foot print, doesn't need TLC like some of the more complicated ones do. As a bonus the litter mat keeps the area clean. This one is by far our favorite. PS we have 9 cats. They love them too.
