Had an issue with my new unit and the tech support immediately replied and gave me the information I needed to get the unit to work properly! I am now enjoying, and I and my cats are still getting used to the new addition to the household.

I've reached out with no response from customer service and sent a picture-- Although the litter is getting cleaned regularly-- the inside of the machine needs to be scrubbed daily as well (which unfortunately is NOT automatic-- I'd love to know what we're doing wrong. So far it's WAY more work cleaning the machine than it was scooping litter daily.

Easy to order, quick delivery. Quick setup, only problem was adding the second unit to my app.

Really enjoy having this litter robot as my cat warmed up very quickly, works perfectly and cleans up very nice. One smol issue is that my cat likes to climb and sit on it for extended periods of time and the robot senses that as the cat using the box so i get a bunch of extra notifications haha. The shipping was initially rough, it arrived broken but the team connected with me and provided quick assistance.

Best purchase I ever did. Didn't even have to train my 3 cats and their already using it. Definitely planning to get a second in the future. I love the addition of being able to track their weight especially since one of my cats is on a weight loss diet. I do wish I could delete the usage data of weight change from when I add more litter.

It doesn’t hold much litter. At all. You will want to check it. My cats are still vary of it. I tend to be a big intense and probably plugged it in too soon. It’s given me 3 different weights for 1 cat so she’s probably holding herself up or walking the edges.they are bolting out like bats out of hell though

I have liked this litter box except for 1 thing. The buttons to push that open the trash box are stuck. 1 is very hard to push to open the latch. So much so that I have to push 1 at a time. I will reach out to customer service. It is quiet which I like!
