The cats aren't using the box unless the litter robot is out of service like when I clean it or I block it off to see what happens. It came quickly. It was easier to set up but if they don't use it it doesn't help me. Also the holes for the cleaning are kind of large so not everything is going through. A lot of stuff is coming back into the litter.

Cannot get the device to connect and now it will not auto clean and when I push the button to have it clean it only turns halfway and not enough to dump dirty litter so paid over $350 for a litterbox i have to scoop still.

Easy to purchase, quick delivery, easy app to download, so far works great. Only suggestion is to use the Tidy Cat litter meant for a litter robot since the waste hardens faster and is a cleaner cycle then other clumping litter that does not harden fast enough.

Item arrived well packaged and protected. Directions on set up were very easy to follow, and I so appreciated the advice on how to acclimate your cat to the new litter box! We have only used it for a few days, but so far it is great!
