I ordered my box on January 8th still no tracking information

I do fostering and rescues. I just ordered my second one. These are wonderful. Makes life so much easier. Can't wait to get the second one and have 2 running.

Updating this review after hearing back from the company. We really do love this litter box. It is so easy to use and the cats took to it quickly also. It's 100x's better than the litter robot we had previously. Our frustration and initial one-star review came from trying to work with the customer service chat. It was infuriating. We did finally hear back from someone and they were able to send us a replacement part so that our machine could continue to work - as it was only 6mths old. We appreciated that very much. ----------------------------------------------------------- We LOVE our litter box - it's the best automatic litter box we have ever had. Unfortunately, we have been having a terrible time with customer service. We had an issue with a broken part and could not get anyone to respond to us for over a week. We were trying to find out if we were able to get a replacement part, or if we could use the warranty to get it repaired as our unit is only 6mths old. When I asked repeatedly about this, I couldn't get a clear answer and then I basically got ghosted by them. VERY frustrating and disappointing because the box is top notch as far as functionality, design and overall use.

Shipped great and easy to set up. I liked it so much I bought another one! We have 2 cats!

Wonderful product!

I have 3 cat’s and I am very happy with Meowant, the product was delivered very fast, it was very easy to setup and my cat’s have no problem using the product, the app is great it lets me know when my cat’s go how much they weigh and when it’s time to clean the box, it’s fantastic.

Love my new automatic cat box . My life is so much easier and cats have a clean litter box all the time !
