This is the best purchase I have made! I have four cats and scooping out the litter boxes was getting really old. I am so happy I decided to get the meowant litter box. It shipped to my house quickly, it was easy to install, and it cleans amazingly. Definitely will be getting another one soon.

Used this for about 3 weeks for 5 cats and it handles it with no problem.

I was very concerned my cats would be afraid of this litter box. Nope! They have jumped right in and using from the start. Set up was very simple and quick. So far this has been more than satisfactory. Haven't taken the time to set up wifi yet. Hoping that goes well!

Shipping was quick and it works great. I purchased another one for my daughter.

I’ve had it for over a week I’ve done everything I possibly can to try to coerce my one cat into the device. He is used to a robot electrical self cleaning box so I thought he’d go right into it. He did not put his old box next to the new one and he ended up peeing all over the floor around the new one which is yours. I need to return it. It’s all boxed up ready to return and I cannot get help on how to return It.

So much better to change a trash bag instead of scooping constantly. No smell and way less mess. Love the new auto box.

I have purchased 5 automated litter boxes from meowant. While I like the product, I had an issue with the delivery of my last order and it took nearly a week to get customer service to respond. A $500 order didn't arrive and they didn't respond for days and days. I expressed that I was completely dissatisfied and unhappy and they said they were busy because they had a lot of orders but here's a $5 coupon if I buy something more from them. I even asked them what they'd give as a review since they kept reminding me to do this one... no manager contacted me. No one wanted to understand what had happened or how to make it right. They're "busy." So buyer beware. If the boxes and delivery go well, aces. If you need customer service, there isn't any.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this situation caused. Recently, we have been experiencing an unusually high volume of orders and customer inquiries, which regrettably led to slower response times than we aim to provide. That said, please rest assured that we do not ignore any customer messages. Every email is reviewed and responded to, and we are committed to resolving each case responsibly. We truly value your support and trust in purchasing multiple Meowant litter boxes, and we’re sorry that this delivery issue and our delayed response affected your confidence in us. We welcome the opportunity to better understand your case and make things right. Please feel free to reach out to us again via email so we can follow up properly. Thank you for your patience and for sharing your honest feedback.
