We have been very happy with all the items we have purchased through Moewant. We have three litter boxes, three automatic feeders, and two automatic water fountains. No problems with any of them.

I didn’t realize this was so small. My cat used litter robot when I had that but he won’t even enter this. It’s never been used and just sits here. Would like to return it.

Horrible communication. The litter box itself has issues and as soon as you state you want to return it (within your 30 days) they just stop communicating with you all together. No phone number to call only email. NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!!

Callie used it right away. Ollie is still using old one, Both are 14. hopefully he adapts to it soon. Looking forward to no manual scooping!

Love my new larger mw9. Cats have lots more room. I hope the rubber tray is stronger so it does not leak out like older model that was scratched open spilling litter and waste under drum and onto floor. 4 gal bags still seem to fit just right.

I have not received my order 99990 and it says shipped on 1/8. That’s 10 days ago. I have replied to the shipping email twice and recieved no reply.

Super happy! I've had this litter box for close to 2 weeks & I'm very happy with it. My 2 cats took to it immediately & it has made my life less complicated. No more worries about the dogs getting into the litter. The cats always have clean litter, and I no longer have the chore of scooping and cleaning a litter box every day. Yay!

Easy to put together. Very quiet. Not sure how the cats like it as we just received it earlier. Edit: 1-18-26 Our cats final used it & they are good about covering their use. As soon as they were out, the machine started it's process & was whisper quiet, dumped & returned to position.
