July 2024 I get an angry voice mail stating that I owe them a lot of money, and they are upset that their equipment has not been returned. This is the first I have heard of this company. Apparently my father, who was in an assisted living community, rented a pendant and lock box from them. He passed in May 2023, so I no longer had their items. I was told the account would be closed, no money was due, and that his warranty covered his equipment. They then admitted to taking $875.16 out of his bank account in July 2023 and refused to give it back although I could more than easily prove he did not use the equipment after April 1, and did I mention he DIED?? Even after reluctantly agreeing to send a refund check, they stopped payment on it. I eventually got a second check that seems to have cleared, but be warned. They are shady, and not to be trusted. Document everything, they will fight to keep STOLEN MONEY.

Customer Service was able to answer my questions and issue an MG Mini necklace in place of the MGMiniLite wrist device for my mother, as the wrist device is difficult for her to put on and irritated her wrist during activities. There is a $120 upcharge for the fall detection that was not made clear in all their literature. This is why I did not give them a 5 star review. Rather frustrating when you look at the options of each device and it appears to be included.

The swiftness in which help arrived after I activated the unit. Communication was clear and responsive. Operators were clear and swift.

The device is great if I could get my wife to wear it when I’m out on the farm working.

we live in The villages Florida. Your device works well here. But when we visited our son in Kingston, NY in July, the Watch failed to work when we really needed it. A replacement watch was sent. But the lack of confidence in your product still hauts us.
