I feel secure knowing I am protected wherever I go.

I have had nothing but problems with my device working correctly and so I have been sent several different devices to try. I'm still waiting for my 3td replacement device to try. And if that isn't bad enough, when I returned the two devices that didn't work properly, my account was cancelled without my request, and now I've been charged a reactivation fee even though I paid an annual fee until December. My daughter has spent hours on the phone dealing with all of these issues and I still don't have a fully functional device and I'm owed money that was charged to my credit card without my consent! I could not possibly recommend your company to others unless these problems are resolved to my satisfaction

On three occasions when I needed help medical guardian personnel gave me the help I needed.

Although accidentally set off, the EMTs were here in minutes. My contacts were also notified. Impressive service!

The device works well, but the security of the device was attached to the lanyard is not as secure as it should be. It comes off too easily.

The representative I talked to when I moved was so helpful. I now have current information for my new place. She was friendly and easy to work with.

The person was very nice and helpful. She did what I asked in a reasonable length of time.
