The medical guardian medallion is very unobtrusive and easily worn. The customer service team is very easy to deal with.

Unit stopped working two weeks after I received it. I called on a Saturday night during their hours and they troubleshoot it and decided it was the charger. They said they would expedite the shipping for Sunday. They never did. It came on Monday and the problem was not the charger. I called them again tonight and now they’re gonna send me everything brand new. I think I bought a premium package if you’re looking at doing business with them think twice I’m sure there’s another company that’s a lot more responsive to consumer needs.

On three separate occasions, my father in law fell and the fall detection did NOT work! He even pressed the button on one occasion, there was a chirp yet he was not connected to a rep. I was advisrd that if he was still moving after his fall, that fall detection would not be triggered. How ridiculous. What if he fell and was having a seizure?? Additionally, reps routinely provided conflicting information. Terrible Terrible service, completely unreliable!

They have been consistently helpful and easy to communicate.

Need to be contacted quarterly to find out if you are still doing well and if you have any questions!! Just a thought!!

Medical Guardian is the WORST medical alert system that does not work, DO NOT waste your time or money, it could cost you your life. It failed miserably. It will leave you there on the ground on your own, unconscious or bleading to death.

I have the mini device about 5 weeks. I pay extra for fall detection and it doesn’t work. I tested it following the directions on their own YouTube video. Today, I lost my device. There is a tracker, which says my device is here at home, but I have not been home all afternoon. It indicates the tracking is by heartbeat, but I don't have it on! Also, the tracking indicates 2 places this afternoon where I was supposedly but I was actually miles away from! I tried to contact them but they have no customer service after 8pm. So, I hope I won’t have an emergency tonight. I paid for a whole year in advance. Don’t buy from these people. I regret it.

Device never worked properly. I had to charge it every day. When I walked around , I would hear "device activated" announced through the pendant. Apparently it wasn't working at different points during the day. I complained several times and they changed phone companies my pendant was working from, but it got worse. I explained i wouldn't want it for another year but they put me through anyway and I've been fighting the charge and being lied to and taken advantage of. I did fall and received several fractures but had my phone to call people. I assumed it wasn't working anymore because it was stopped. It most likely wouldn't have worked anyway. I never used it because I had stopped it.
