We got this service for my mom. It has been a godsend. She has had to use it several times. It has been peace of mind for our family. Great support and service.

Excellent product. Very easy to set up and very good customer support. Vey easy to check cellular level and battery level.

WARNING!! WARNING!! Do not buy the Medical Guardian device!!!!! I was told by 2 Reps they are closed on the weekends. I just called to send this crap back and the lady said “We’re open on the weekends” So which is it? I have 5 phone #’s I called the 2 weekend ones and a recording came on saying “We are closed Sat & Sun 9-5 I’m going to explain what happened to my 95 year old Dad first. 4 nights ago we believe he was sleep walking. He went outside with his walker and from the front door to the end of his driveway is very, very long. He fell. The temperature at 3:30 am was 25 degrees. His neighbor across the street happened to be up with a broken foot. He was rolling cigarettes. He heard my Dad crying “HELP HELP” He went outside and saw my Dad on the pavement and brought him in his house. The device did not go off!! If his neighbor wasn’t up my Dad would not be with us today. We bought this because he refuses to come live with us, he wants his independence. Another thing is the volume is very low. For over $700.00 a year this is unacceptable.

The confidence and security I and my family feel is worth the price. I’ve had bad falls before getting this device and was confused and uncertain about what to do. Now I have confidence that help will be summoned.

I’m extremely relieved to have my Medical Guardian watch! I’m not as steady on my feet as I used to be and having my fall protection watch gives me an assurance that I’ll be able to live alone for many more years.

Horrendous customer support. It's nearly impossible to cancel. Information is inconsistent and misleading. Conditions for attempting to cancel the service change depending on the customer service representative. Some statements were outright lies or misrepresentations. Engage with the service at your own risk.

I moved to Medical Guardian after experiencing very poor service from another service - that was TEN years ago - I can highly recommend Medical Guardian
