This device seems to hay

Great asset when you live alone. A potential lifesaver.

Works as advertised. I fell and 1st responders were at my house within minutes. I have the lockbox. The code was given to the 1st responders. I am so glad I had it. There was no way I could have made it to the door.

I am not happy about the fact that the device does not have an indicator of the remaining battery life.

Don’t know quite how to review the product. I’ve had no physical problems so I wear the product whenever I’m out and about and nothing happens of course except that I’ve paid for a year service. Nothing to review at this point.

I don’t what else to say, other than that I’m quite satisfied with the response I’ve enjoyed with Medical Guardian. Although I often forget to make a weekly test, I remain confident that with only the push of a button emergency crews will home in on a GPS signal to rescue me from my dilemma.

We have had this for a year for my mom. She fell and broke her cheek bone in September-no alert. With troubleshooting , I dropped it from several heights, even onto concrete-never went off. She has driven, but GPS tracker shows nothing. Today it showed she was 45 miles away while I was sitting at home with her. Customer service demonstrates no care for their well-being, but will send you a new device (which takes two weeks.) Cancelled today. If you are concerned about an aging parent, find a different company.

The service is great! I love them!!
