The pendant lost it's charge twice. The first time it came on and told me to put it on the charger NOW. I called and told the lady who answered what happened she said to try putting it on a different outlet so I did even though it is now across the room from my bed. I put it on the same outlet where I charge other things, house phone, cell phone, camera battery, etc. A few days later it did it again. Both times it had been on the charger at least 8 hrs the night before. I decided to talk about it when I test it on the first. In the meantime I put it on the charger when I lie down to take a nap or get into the shower. So far it hasn't happened again.

I am pleased, as are my daughters, to know that I will have medical attention in an emergency. Thank you.

While looking for a medical alert system I came across a web site showing Medical Guardian. This site showed Medical Guardian had a number 1 rating on this particular survey. After speaking with a couple of other companies I call and received excellent information from a very professional staff member. He explained costs, equipment and as a bonus I even received a lock box which is exactly what I needed! After initial setup and testing, my mother had one occasion to push her button and immediately reached an agent. What a great experience!

My mother decided on her own that she does not want this product. I called Medical Guardian and told them I wanted to send the product back and they told me two weeks ago that I would be contacted with the information needed to send it back. They still have not called!!

We set it up and within a week mom needed help. It worked GREAT.

The medical alert equipment arrived within a few days of ordering. The base station was easy to set up and connect. The staff at the medical alert call center were helpful and understanding.

The person I dealt with was very helpful and informative. If I had anymore questions just give him a call and he would help me out. He was very sincere about the product.
