I would like to thank Medical Guardian for contacting us right away about our father we were able to get to the hospital right on time when the ambulance arrived. Pressed the button to call an ambulance for my Father. In 10 seconds the monitoring station answered and with 10 minutes emergency help was at the house. Awesome and reliable service. If you have a elderly parent who is alone parts of the day, you need this service !!!

Received the device on thurs. august 20. My husband passed away on the 21st. I have received numerous phone calls and now this survey after I have called...discontinued service and returned the device. So frustrating!! I don't need this right now.

From my first call to MG, i received positive, helpful service. The man online was clear in his explanations and helpful. After promptly receiving the unit, it was easy to hook up and our first two test runs and subsequently talking with their staff, i am confident in the unit and the set up will be there for my parents should the need arise.
