Have only had the unit one month. Do not feel I can make a comment one way or another. After I've had to "USE" it, only then can I make a review good or bad.

I recommend the one you don't have to connect to your phone. I have not needed to use mine but I feel good with it.

When I placed my order, I requested that it be sent in two days. Upon receiving confirmation of my order I realized that it would take from 5-7 days to get it. I immediately called the company to see whether it could be expedited but it already had been sent. The following day I received a call from Medical Guardian stipulating that they would send another device by the 2 day delivery service and that I should return the one that would arrive later. This is what I call excellent service.

They made the entire process easy in every way

It is comforting to know that this service, which is prompt and effective, is available 24/7 in my mother's bedroom should she have a safety issue. Medical Guardian has given me full assurance that my mother is safe and close to assistance if it should be needed.

Generally very good interactions with real people, who seemed to know what they were talking about and were thinking about our situation and what they were saying - not just reading from a script.

Excellent service

everything is as stated, test was good no problems. However I now have see n another system saying they have a one piece neck pendent that is GPS ,transmit and receive, fall protection, all in one I think it would be nice if you could do the same.
