I didn't believe it until I tried Medical Guardian, having tried another medical alert system that failed my expectations, but I was hopeful. Medical Guardian fulfills all of my needs. You don't need a dedicated phone line to operate this device so that was music to my ears. I also bought the travel package, because I and my family members want to make sure that I'm covered wherever I chose to go. The transistor is small and light-weight, about the size of an iPhone or smaller. It comes with either a wrist band or necklace....I was lucky enough to get both in my order. You just charge it once a day, and that's it. The sound quality is clear as if the response person is in the same room with you. It's comforting to know all my needs are being met through this one small device. I'm pleased to have chosen Medical Guardian as my lifeline! I will definitely suggest Medical Guardian to all my family and friends without hesitation. Thank You, Medical Guardian for this wonderful product!

service ok but not great...when I used the system to test it, took longer than I would like for person to answer the call...time is of the essence...so fast response is a must....could be my moms life or death.... faster answering please....work on it...
