We got call few days after we setup and tested system saying we needed to setup and test system, that was discouraging to see how disorganized your company can be, The representative on phone said person prior never documented anything. This is not a good start since this could save a life !!!!

It has taken awhile to figure out how not to set it off accidently, but each time I do someone has answered immediately. One unfortunate time I missed the phone call and the company called the police who were very thorough in order to convince them there was no problem.
