When there is an event they reach out very quick and will follow up to make sure all is ok. A little priciey but it is worth the knowing that they are there to help your loaved ones.

The initial sign up and delivery of product went well. I will not know how satisfied I am, unless I have to use the Medical Guardian to save my life. We may never know. Joe

I love the secure feeling of knowing it will work no matter how far away from home that I am. I use the clip that comes with it so that I don't have to hang it around my neck or wear it on my wrist. The sales folks are great to work with. If set off accidentally there is a easy option in place to cancel the call. Would highly recommend Medical Guardian to all who need this protection. I live alone and after falling in my fenced back yard where no one could hear my calls for help, I decided to call Medical Guardian. Since receiving my kit, I've not removed my request button. However, I do have a concern that I will forget to take the receiver with me when I leave home.
