I appreciated the patience and no rush attitude of both the salesperson and the trainer on introducing me to Medical Guardian. It also gives me a sense of peace to know how to use it and just the fact that it is available, even though I hope never to need to push that button.

The GPS service is a major potential. Haven't use it yet so We are just hoping it does the job

everything about your system is so easy and seems to work the same as the ones that request a land line. It is cheaper for the person using it so they only have one bill instead of 2.. thank you. was fast at arriving and easy to install

When I call, just to check on it every week, it takes about 15 rings before it answers, Bracelet is too bulky on my small wrist, had to change the cord on the neck device, does not work at short distances from my house (like at the Walmart which is just 3 miles from my house). I do better with my cell phone and my HUM device in my car. I p[an to return it soon when I am back in El Paso (from my Christmas trip} .

Haven't used yet as an emergency. Agents are very professional when I have tested
