Every person I talked to and still talk to when I have questions, are very informative and take care to make sure I understand and patient with me. Have not needed to use the equipment and I hope I don't need to but they always check out great on the 'test' calls.

I researched various medical alert systems. Most of them required purchase of the systems at a significant cost. Once purchased their subscription cost was comparable to the subscriptions cost of the Medical Guardian system which is provided at not cost except for the monthly subscription fee. I am very pleased with the system and the service available with this system and highly recommend this system to anyone in need of such a serviice.

I live alone and have a history of falling. having medical guardian I can know that if I need assistance all I need to do is push the button. having the pendant or the wrist band gives me an option on what I want to wear. Pricing is cheaper on this brand is cheaper than some of the other brands that only work in the home with Medical Guardian I can go shopping ,to church or any place I want to go

I have not had any problems with my medical device. While making occasional test on it, I received quick response time from the service. The one thing I don't care for is the lanyard connection. It is heavy and rolls to the front next to the actual device. Thank you
