I have not needed to use the emergency system, but was very satisfied in the assistance to set it up.

Now, I'm only 61 & able to live normally but I'm essentially on my own, since the rest of my family is dead & my living cousins, who often go to another state, worry what if something should happen & they can't get to me. This device is GREAT, as you aren't trapped sitting by a base station, & the customer service people couldn't be nicer. No hassles just cheerful, helpful information anytime you call or push the pendant button. I have the advanced type. All the freedom you need but, alas, it only comes as a necklace or with a belt clip not as a bracelet or watch. The only other thing I can say is that, if anything, it's TOO sensitive in that if you accidentally press against a shelf, buffet or counter, it goes off & you have to tell the friendly operator that you were just testing the battery or eating or cooking. Otherwise, it's GREAT & I STRONGLY recommend it !! You'll find the advanced plan is worth, as any batteries, maintenance, repairs or replacements are warranted &, i guess, paid for in advance. I read a review which let everybody know that you do need to keep it for at least 3 months & after that, they'll refund money to anyone not satisfied. It'll be ok, if you're showering but you'll want to put it somewhere close by, if you swim or are in the bathtub. This is a KEEPER so I don't see how you'll regret anything !! I've had my pendant since July or Aug. of 2016.

Medical Guardian has been in my life only a short time but has responded quickly to a couple of accidental alarms as well as cooperating in setting up arrangements for an alternate address for the winter. So far I am very satisfied with the agency.

Product is much too big and bulky. Can't comfortably be worn around the neck. Charging is ridiculous - every 35 hours!!! Get in the real battery world. I just leave the unit charging or on the counter top next to the charger. It's pretty damn useless.

the system is what I wanted and needed. easy to use and doesn't blink.
