I live in an assisted living facility, and having the added security of Medical Guardian gives me peace of mind. Should I fall or have a medical emergency and cannot get to the phone to call the front desk here, I know that all I have to do is push the button, and Medical Guardian will put me in touch with an operator ASAP. I feel good about their rating and reputation. And I love the fact that all I had to do is plug in my base in a normal electrical outlet, no phone line needed. The cost is deducted from my bank account each month. I virtually do nothing except try not to fall. But if I do, I'm confident help will be on the way in less than a minute.

Very helpful people to set up equipment. It made me feel secure.

Unpleasant experience.

Wife fell, I was in barn, couldn't hear her screams for help; she had to scoot to door and holler for me. blood all over house! heard scream and rushed to house, then onto to ER. stayed overnight, realized need for quicker response so purchased Medical Guardian.

The alert button really works as advertised. Most satisfied at this time.

the two times I have accidently hit the button, I was very satisfied that your reps answered right away. But the unit is too heave to wear around my neck and it does not stay clipped to my belt or anywhere else. I REALLY WOULD LOVE A BRACELET.

I haven't had to use Medical Guardian (and hope I never have to) but I feel confident and secure that if I would need to use it, I would be helped quickly. The staff so far has been very competent with any questions I have asked of them so far. The testing of the unit was done efficiently and I truly feel safer having Medical Guardian in case I need it.
