The initial ordering and delivery of the system couldn't have been smoother. Fortunately we haven't had cause to actually test the system since we haven't had an emergency.

My button was pressed accidentally while receiving a hug from a friend. The call center promptly responded and asked if I was ok. I've never had to use it but it is nice to know that they are prompt and understanding that I'd pushed it in error.

Recently, my dad, who is an active 93'year old, fell outside his home and broke his leg. Because he was wearing his Guardian medical alert, help was there in minutes. He lives in the country where he could have laid there for hours, or all night before someone would have found him. Thankfully, when the pain set in, he was in a hospital getting care and not laying on the cold ground. Since that day, he has had nothing but praise for your company.

I live alone. I have diabetes, high blood pressure, and was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's. it really helps to know help is near no matter where I am. I am aware of their presence because I sometimes hit the button on the table. The response is calm and quick. Thank you , Buardian.

The two necklaces (one is strictly for falls and the person is unconscious) are very sensitive and do the job for which they are intended. Response time is immediate and always courteous.

This device helps my mother to have a sense of peace, because if she needs help or falls she knows with the press of a button or if she can't alert them because of a fall, the device will send the alert for her & help is on the way is a big comfort to her & her children. So far very pleased with Medical Alert!
