I have never had to use it in an emergency, but I do test it on a regular basis. It's never failed to contact me quickly. One time the base unit was in my purse and hit the dashboard of my car without me realizing it. It rang Medical Guardian right away, and they responded quickly. When I told them it was a mistake, they made sure I was okay and everyone with me also. That time and every time I test it, they send an email to my daughter right away, alerting her that I have called them. This is a great comfort to her and to me.

Everyone at Medical Gaurdian has been very polite and informative. My Mom is 97 and beginning to have trouble remembering what that necklace is for but when she has set it off, the person on the communicator has been very sweet to her. So far no emergency. We couldn't be happier and the service is very affordable. Thank you, Kathy Kennedy

We really like Medical Guardian.

My mother in law is using the standard model. Cell phone service is sketchy where she lives Verizon is the only reliable prllvider but is not available with your more advanced models.

My mother of 87 years old has this service. The only time we have used it was when she pushed the button accidentally. They called me when they could not reach her and I asked them to give me just a minute to make sure it was truly an emergency before we called Emergency Services. They offered to stay on the line with me until I could contact her. I would recommend this to anyone a very good service.

No problems so far.

Medical Guardian is a great service with ethical business practices. Unlike Life Alert, they do not barrage you with incessant follow-up calls. My only complaint is the services offered should include a mobile App that displays real-time location of our loved one. Making a call after an alert for location can incur waste of valuable minutes.
