Haven't had a reason to use it,no accident or anything..... but the one thing I really don't like are those horribly bright red and blue lights on it. What's the reason for them They light up the whole room..

Works great and customer service is awesome.

Thank God that we haven't needed to use it yet. I was impressed on how easy you had made it to sign up and set up. The person on the phone was very helpful and polite. Just the thought, that if something happened ,I would be notified. Feeling a little more comfortable with my folks being alone.

This product allowed me to live alone without being dependent on others.

My son signed us up with medical guardian after I suffered a bad fall and e-coli in the same 4 days. The fall monitor is on the wrong alert button. My husband does fall but he would fall at home as he’s never left alone. I go out and need the fall that works away from home. as well as the button I press. I have only fallen three times twice when I was away, but in all three times I I broke a total of 7 bones and was less that lucid. I would like to have the fall monitor on the monitor I use away from home. This is neither here nor there but I thought you should know. My son when picking out the alert system. He called more that several servers. And in the last month (my son gave my husbands’ name and he received an harassing phone call from medical alert asking why medical alert was not chosen. The caller was rude used, profanity and was an excellent reason for never talking recommending for the distain I now hold for the company.

In a time of need Medical Guardian was very responsive and concerned to make sure we had every aspect covered when it came to helping my mom keep her independence.

I feel very safe and am able to maintain my independent life
