I haven't needed to use the service

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO EVERYONE.

I have no reservations about recommending Medical Guardian. I feel safe with my guardian on duty. My daughters are not constantly worrying any more. After having two major falls in my past I am especially comforted that my Medical Guardian has fall detection and I'm also very glad that the GPS in the device allows it to be active where ever I go.

Mom lived alone and had already fallen once so I got this system for her. I am grateful that she had help at a touch whether she needed it or not. The people she talked with via the system were all patient and kind. Thank you for all that you do!

We have had a couple of instances where it notified of a fall and there wasn't one. That being said, the operators notified us immediately and were very kind and very helpful.

The folks on the monitoring end do a great job. Things are explained so that everyone can understand. They test it for you on their end with a person on the phone with you to help guide you. Overall, I find it easy to use and wear around all day. I am very pleased with my experience.
