We purchased a chair from Madison Seating a few weeks back. The arm rests were adjustable until last week when the mechanism failed. Tried to return the chair under warranty, and the company wanted it shipped in the original box. We do not have the original box. We offered to another chair and ship the broken back in that box, either keep the second chair or return it for a refund, which was not acceptable. Over $500 wasted at Madison Seating. I hope they enjoy the one sale to us, as there will never be another purchase by us. 30 day return policy and no warranty. What a joke.

I purchased an Aeron chair that was supposed to be "open box" for a little over $500 which seemed like a great deal. It took over two months for the chair to arrive. Once it did, it had no paperwork, no serial number, and manufacturer stickers. It also included the wrong sized lumbar support. It made me a little suspicious, but I was still excited about the price. In a year and a half, the plastic support on the seat cracked, making the chair unusable. I contacted Madison Seating and they said their warranty only covers mechanical issues. I contacted the manufacturer, but Madison Seating is not an authorized seller and the chair didn't have a serial number so they couldn't do anything. So, I basically paid $500 for a chair that lasted about 18 months. I would have never purchased from Madison Seating if I knew the true quality and condition of the chair.

I have been buying chairs from Madison Seating for many years. On a recent purchase one of the part was defective. I reached out to Madison service and they immediately sent me a replacement. The replacement did not work either. When I reached out to them again, this time they offered to simply send me a new chair. Great customer service!!

Bought an Aeron chair from them and by the end of the first month the chair was "sinking" bit by bit every day. My wife kept commenting on how I seemed lower every other day. Then the chair completely bottomed out and would not rise at all anymore. Madison Seating didn't want to replace it because I didn't have the original box. Sent some pictures to an authorized dealer and inquired about fixing it. He identified the problem immediately, said it looks like the gas cylinder had been leaking for more than a month most likely. Since Madison took the sticker off the bottom it was no longer under warranty. Decided to pay for the repairs instead of dealing with packing and shipping the chair back to them just to get another lemon. Will not purchase from this company again.

We ordered chairs from Madison and received a damaged chair. Their support team was very responsive and replied within 24 hours with a solution. Excellent customer service!

I purchased a chair from Madison Seating a year ago and because of the great value, I purchased two more office chairs this year. Customer service has been great when I had a small issue and the chairs I received were exactly as advertised.

NOT As Advertised! Chair is not reconditioned! Cushion on the seat is completely flat and you can feel every support in the base. Cannot even sit in the chair for more than an hour without it causing pain to my back and butt. Contacted them and they state it was an open box item. If I want to return I need to pay for shipping which is more than the price of the chair.

Madison Seating offers incredible values on top of the line office seating combined with great customer service. I was able to find the best price on a Steelcase chair on their website. When I had some questions, their responsive and friendly customer service staff responded promptly. The order was shipped quickly and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I highly recommend Madison Seating for used and new office seating. Will certainly be shopping with them again.
